Houston-born, California-raised producer, DJ and vocalist Seven Davis JR will release his debut album on Ninja Tune this July.

Recorded at studios around the world in LA, San Francisco, Amsterdam and London, Universes is a product of SDJRs’ musical influences, exploring different styles and tempos whilst staying firmly rooted in soul & funk. Features come via early Seven Davis JR supporter Kutmah, London producer Flako and Julio Bashmore, whose forthcoming debut album Knockin’ Boots itself features a credit from Seven.
