Trainer of the Week | Adidas Originals Tech Super

We’ve teamed up with online store Wellgosh to provide you with their current favourite “Trainer Of The Week” to feature on our blog and in our weekly newsletter.  There are no other rules other than we have to feature a new style each week and give us a little description of why it’s their “Trainer Of The Week.” This week Wellgosh have chosen the: Adidas Originals Tech Super


Originally introduced into the line at the Barcelona Olympics of ’92, the Tech Super was then used purely as a training shoe. Over 20 years later and with runners seeing a huge resurgence of late, Adidas have dipped into the company’s vast back catalogue and reintroduced the Tech Super in a range of OG colourups alongside a few fresh for 2013. This white/bliss/green colourway uses a complimentary mix of premium nubuck and nylon mesh to form the upper, a soft cell heel unit and a dual density midsole. Whilst in keeping with its training roots, this silhouette now makes a great addition to any guys cupboard of kicks!
