There are no other rules other than we have to feature a new style each week and give us a little description of why it’s their “Trainer Of The Week.” This week is the: Nike Air Max 1 Premium Tape
The Sneaker of the week is the Nike Air Max 1 Premium Tape appearing in White/Geyser Green. Nike applies a glow in the dark underlay to 4 classics Air Max silhouettes to make up the ‘Standout Pack’ for Holiday 2013, including the iconic Air Max 1 first released in 1987. The classic runner has been updated with premium tape technology, replacing conventional stitched seams with taped seams for a completely seamless upper. The trainer appears in a monochromatic white colour-up, with a tonal swoosh, accented with luminous branding on the tongues, sat on a classic Max 1 white midsole with a patented bubble on the heel, finished off with a glow in the dark outer-sole.
The trainer appears crisp in it’s monochromatic white colour-way by day, but as soon as you hit the lights the trainer becomes accented with a glow in the dark tiger stripe pattern across the synthetic upper.
Also available in the glow in the dark ‘Standout Pack’ at wellgosh.com is the Nike Max 90 in both men’s and women’s sizes. Alongside the ‘Standout Pack’ the technology has also been applied to the Nike Wmns Air Max Thea Prm in White for Holiday 2013, which is also available online and instore at Wellgosh.
